Pilates instructor Jennifer Tilley along with fitness instructor Shelly Mcdonald, demonstrate exercise techniques designed to strengthen the lower body, back, and major muscles. These exercises also focus on the abdominal muscles, and demonstrate key breathing and stretching techniques.
